Why am I having network connectivity issues?
There are a few things to check for in case you're seeing the network connectivity error on your ZenLocator dashboard:
- Is your Internet connection working? Please check that you're able to access other websites
- Do you get the same issue on any other browser? ZenLocator dashboard should work on any browser, but it's important to check that the issue is not isolated to a particular one
- Do you have any browser plugins (or OS anti-virus software) that might be blocking some requests? If you do, try disabling them first
- Are you using a proxy or connected to a network that might have access restrictions? A good way to check is to try accessing ZenLocator from a different network
