Cancelling your account

Before you cancel...

We understand that websites are complex and sometimes the widget might not work right out of the box -- it is our priority to personally investigate and fix the issue as fast as we can, so please let us know if you see something not working.


How to cancel your account

  • Click on your name in the upper right corner of your dashboard.
  • Click on Billing.
  • Select the billing tab.
  • Navigate to Cancel subscription to discontinue your service.

If you're looking for a specific feature and don't see it, we might still support it via our backend but not show it on the dashboard. Just please let us know and we'll be happy to check it for you.
